Your work ensures that what is agreed and planned on paper is executed with organisational correctness and efficiency.
You sit at the crossroads of finance, contracts, HR, fleet and compliance, working closely with management and project teams to make sure nothing slips or surprises anyone later.
Invoices, contracts, payroll, permits, registrations and documentation all have consequences on cost, planning, safety and trust.
Your role is to bring structure, organisation and calm to that complexity.

Experience in administration or operations in construction or SMEs
You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an administrative or operational role. Experience in construction or similar SME environments is a strong plus.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
You enjoy bringing structure and order to complexity - keeping documents, systems and processes accurate and up to date.
Interested in HR, payroll and financial processes
You’re comfortable supporting HR, payroll, invoicing and finance.
Clear communicator and dependable point of contact
You communicate clearly and feel comfortable answering calls or welcoming visitors.
Comfortable with digital tools and process improver
You work comfortably with digital tools (ERP, document management, Excel) and enjoy improving the way things are organised and followed up.
